"In summary, the Timex Road Trainer watch is a reliable, easy to use, affordable, entry level Timex Sports watch for semi-serious or serious runners who do not require the ability to track and analyze their workout history online."

It is true that there is no simple way to plug the device in to upload all of your running information to analyze. But before I got the Nike+, I simply entered all my running info to DailyMile.com. It wasn't until after a few uses that I noticed the watch kept track of all mile splits, I hated subtracting the times and trying to figure out my overall pace.
